Stocksy provides inventory tracking, warehouse management, reporting, and related automation features as a service. While we strive for accuracy and system reliability, users are responsible for verifying the correctness of data entered into the system. Stocksy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance, updates, or feature modifications at any time. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and business reporting requirements in their respective jurisdictions.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are outlined at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access or account suspension. Stocksy may revise pricing, features, or service offerings with prior notice. All intellectual property rights related to the Stocksy platform, including software, branding, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of Stocksy. Users retain ownership of the data they input into the system. By using the platform, you grant Stocksy a limited license to process and store your data solely for service functionality and improvement. We implement reasonable security measures; however, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Stocksy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses resulting from system downtime, data loss, business interruption, or misuse of the platform. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service during the preceding subscription period. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction, and disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels or arbitration where applicable. Continued use of the platform after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
